You may have seen a new “Seating” page in commercial - its about to be released

This page will automatically create a “seat map”

using the data of section - row - seat…from the facilities page.

You’ll be able to manage catering and ticketing from here so it maybe worthwhile to assess your asset data - eg like Sections for Suites may become North and South Suites …2 different sections.

**Selling will be enabled so that its sold by group but no asset is allocated you can then allocate assets as you prefer. Where we connect ti a finance system you’ll be able to auto raise invoices or credit notes.

** You’ll be able to select assets and share a sales url that requests payment and processes invoices If not paid, auto release asset back to pool

** this will replace RSVP for commercial events now using VIP.
