• Game Day Ownership Transfers (High Priority): On game day, if a box is cancelled by one client but reassigned to another (e.g. a different branch of the same company), the team cannot currently transfer ownership without cancelling existing catering first. The Roosters would prefer to retain catering while simply changing ownership and reissuing tickets, rather than having to cancel and reorder catering. They’re currently emailing Merivale manually to handle these changes.

BULLDOGS Feature: Automatic Off-Sale for Sales Items Based on Catering Cut-Off Times. We would like the ability to configure sales items (e.g., suites, boxes, or premium seating) to automatically go off-sale on the sales page for a specific event based on that event’s catering cut-off time.

Proposed Solution: Introduce a setting at the event level where an admin can: Define a catering cut-off time/date for the event. Link sales items for that event to this cut-off. Automatically remove or disable those items from the sales page once the cut-off has passed.

Per person Transfer

Hi team, we were hoping for an enhancement for per person transfer when clients accidentally select the wrong session for the event. Could you please accommodate a transfer for one person to switch between the lunch and breakfast sessions. Please let me know if you need further information. 1 1

Adding an additional host fee for a certain condition

When clients purchase catering from Merivale, they are required to pay a host fee if they are not buying a food and beverage package. The host fee applies when the number of guests is 20 or less. However, if there are 21 or more guests, the client is meant to charge 2 host fees. I would like to know if this rule can also be applied in Event Hub. As of now, regardless of the guest number, we are charging only 1 host fee. 1 1

Can we add 'save custom RSVP questions' for a certain state / venue?

Asahi NSW asks all of their NSW venues if guests would like catering or not - currently she needs to add custom RSVP question to each event to show on each event on the board - they are seeing if there is an easier way to do this. ASAHI

Hi, it would be great if users of the 'shared guest list; funciton are able to download an excel copy of the live data. I do not seem to see this as a feature on my end. Thanks!

When working on the computer, when I scroll down, I lose the scroll back and forth icons at the top right, can this move with us as we move down through the requests?

When looking at requests, as an Admin, can there be an event date included and then can it be sortable? Therefore everything in date order and it’s a snapshot for me to go into to see what I need to move to A-List quickly.

In a downloadable report in the VIP part of event hub, would like to see when gets receive communications based off the design centre. E.g. invites, confirmations. It also would be great if the report also tracks when guests complete their RSVP through.

As we aim to use EventHub as a CRM, we create events with potential guests on the B list to help manage capacities and approvals with our internal senior stakeholders. It's very difficult to not be able to completely delete these options as the B list then becomes messy and hard to manage.
