Hi team, we were hoping for an enhancement for per person transfer when clients accidentally select the wrong session for the event. Could you please accommodate a transfer for one person to switch between the lunch and breakfast sessions. Please let me know if you need further information. 1 1

BULLDOGS Feature: Automatic Off-Sale for Sales Items Based on Catering Cut-Off Times. We would like the ability to configure sales items (e.g., suites, boxes, or premium seating) to automatically go off-sale on the sales page for a specific event based on that event’s catering cut-off time.

Proposed Solution: Introduce a setting at the event level where an admin can: Define a catering cut-off time/date for the event. Link sales items for that event to this cut-off. Automatically remove or disable those items from the sales page once the cut-off has passed.

Allow guests on the B list to be deleted/cancelled completely instead of highlighting red As we aim to use EventHub as a CRM, we create events with potential guests on the B list to help manage capacities and approvals with our internal senior stakeholders. It's very difficult to not be able to completely delete these options as the B list then becomes messy and hard to manage.

Hide hirer facilities in ticketing

Would be great to add a filter in EventHub to hide hirer facilities when looking at ticketing. For example, when I tick not created or not released, it shows the hirer facilities and sometimes we miss some of our boxes and suites because there are so many to filter through that belong to the hirer. 1 1

Please can you add a search button on the Contacts -> Duplicates Manager page? This is soemthing we spoke about with Scott on our monthly meeting yesterday. On the Duplicates Manager page you can currently use the filter buttons to find contacts however having a search box button would make it easier to find what you're looking for. We are currently having to use Ctrl F.
