Seating Data: Have the option to ‘Auto Select’ Seating Data. On the digital tickets page, we have the option to use the new drop down to sleect the seats. In cases where we upload PDFs with the seating data clearly identified, is there an option for this to prepopulate in the drop downs or do we have to manually use thee drop down for each ticket? If an auto select/auto find data can be created that would save a lot of time.

BULLDOGS Feature: Automatic Off-Sale for Sales Items Based on Catering Cut-Off Times. We would like the ability to configure sales items (e.g., suites, boxes, or premium seating) to automatically go off-sale on the sales page for a specific event based on that event’s catering cut-off time.

Proposed Solution: Introduce a setting at the event level where an admin can: Define a catering cut-off time/date for the event. Link sales items for that event to this cut-off. Automatically remove or disable those items from the sales page once the cut-off has passed.

Would be great to add a filter in EventHub to hide hirer facilities when looking at ticketing. For example, when I tick not created or not released, it shows the hirer facilities and sometimes we miss some of our boxes and suites because there are so many to filter through that belong to the hirer. 1 1

Improved iPad Table Planner with Floor Plan Image Viewing

It would be great to make the iPad table planner more visual and easier to use by letting teams show floor plans as images directly on iPad. This would help staff quickly understand the layout of the space and work more confidently from a clearer visual view. What this would help with: View any floor plan on iPad so staff can reference the venue layout wherever they are. Display floor plans as images within the table planner for a more visual, intuitive experience. Improve the visual view of the iPad table planner so it’s easier to read and navigate during service. Make table planning more practical on iPad by giving teams a clearer picture of the room setup at a glance. A more visual iPad table planner would make it easier to manage tables, understand the floor layout, and keep service running smoothly.

Seat Layout: More shape and build options It would be great to have more ‘shape’ options for building accurate spaces on floor plans. Such as: A pen tool to annotate or draw A color pen tool A ‘wall’ or ‘line’ shape to create accurately shaped rooms, accurate shaped stages etc. as the rectangle shape is just a square that cannot be manipulated. Arrows to show direction or flow Is there the ability to wrap text within the table. Sometimes we need to name the table, and team names this can get long and spills across to other tables.

Currently, when in the seat layout option, you can only filter by Company but for larger or complex seating plans, the ability to filter by pax size or the number of tickets in a group would be helpful. This means you would be able to search for groups with 2 guests, 3 guests, 4 guests etc. which would make finding groups to fill tables a lot easier.

The ‘Dismiss’ button brings you back to seat layout to save your allocations and the ‘Okay I want to go back’ takes you to manage guests and all progress is lost

Allocating large bookings

Allocating large bookings The current system of allocating groups to a table is generally intuitive. For example, when dragging a group of 10 guests from the left-hand panel onto a table with 10 seats, the system automatically snaps each guest into a seat. However, this behavior changes when the group size exceeds the number of seats at a table. For instance, if you drag a group of 20 guests onto a table of 10, the first 10 guests are automatically seated as expected. When attempting to place the remaining 10 guests at another table of 10, they are no longer grouped together and must be moved individually. As we frequently manage bookings for clubs and large groups, this makes the allocation process quite time-consuming. Would it be possible for the remaining guests to stay automatically grouped so they can be placed at another table more easily?

In a downloadable report in the VIP part of event hub, would like to see when gets receive communications based off the design centre. E.g. invites, confirmations. It also would be great if the report also tracks when guests complete their RSVP through.

As we aim to use EventHub as a CRM, we create events with potential guests on the B list to help manage capacities and approvals with our internal senior stakeholders. It's very difficult to not be able to completely delete these options as the B list then becomes messy and hard to manage.

Can we assign tickets when entering a guest list direct onto the platform? contact owner?

So requesters can see it in status on the board when a client admin has loaded the guest list on their behalf. 1 1
