Clients can now view an event agenda when the event is closed or marked as coming soon.

• Keep the agenda available to clients in these event states.

• Share agenda information without requiring the event to be open for other activity.

This makes the agenda accessible for events that are not currently open, while preserving the event’s closed or coming-soon status. The visibility behavior applies to the client-facing agenda.
